The late Mr. Mansukhlal Vora embarked on his career with modest beginnings, initially operating from a small warehouse and using a bicycle, to hand-deliver materials to local rubber factories. In 1963, he established KemiCol Traders, a trading company founded during a formative period for the Indian rubber and chemical markets. His commitment to customer service set him apart.

In 1983, his son, Bhupesh Vora, joined the company, and they cultivated a strong market presence. Over the years, they built robust relationships with suppliers and clients, expanding their network and securing valuable international partnerships to cater to the evolving needs of the Indian market. Their attention to detail and hands-on approach contributed to the company’s steady growth and earned it a reputation for excellence.

His core beliefs were – integrity, philanthropy, and flexibility. These guiding principles are the cornerstone of Voraco’s values and operations.

1963

‘KemiCol Traders’, a trading company was founded by Mr. Mansukhlal Vora to enter the rapidly growing Rubber and Chemical industries.

1989

‘Samir Supply Private Limited’ was established. It cemented significant partnerships with reputed Indian and Global MNCs like ExxonMobil, Solvay, SABIC, Nynas, ISRPL, BKT, Acmechem, Merchem, and many others, which catered to the needs of the Indian subcontinent rubber and chemical market.

2006

‘ABN Impex Private Limited’ was formed by the same management.

2012

The flagship company was renamed, ‘Flexilis Private Limited’.

2024

‘Voraco Distributors Private Limited’ was founded by Mr. Bhupesh Vora and Mr. Bhavya Vora. It specializes in products such as SBR, EPDM, Hydrocarbon Resins, Silicone Rubber, FKM, PBR, Carbon Black, and POE, among various other polymers and additives.

As the founder and co-owner of successful companies like Samir Supply Private Limited, Flexilis Private Limited, and ABN Impex Private Limited, he has been instrumental in the exponential growth stories of each of these companies. His leadership and expertise are the driving forces behind Voraco Distributors’ commitment to excellence and innovation in the industry.

Mr. Bhavya Vora pursued a double major in International Business and Business Management from the prestigious Kelley School of Business, Indiana University, USA.
Within 6 years of joining Flexilis Private Limited, the business progressed enormously with his systematic technology and data-driven approach. His vision and new-age leadership style will benefit Voraco making it future-forward and reaching new heights.
